DIV Quickstart Handbook- written for DIV Games Studio, this pdf might be helpful with some of the structure and syntax of Fenix. Ignore the IDE- focused chapters and stick to the code. The sound commands between DIV and Fenix are different, so be sure to refer to the command reference linked below for those differences.
-
gp32x's fenix forum- tons of help available here. again, due to the size of the gp32/gp2x handheld scene, it's mostly concentrated on those platforms. but there are quite a few knowledgeable devs there that can help you with many fenix issues.
-
booleansoup.com- homebrew game designer site, with a pretty heavy emphasis on fenix.
-
fenixonfire- fenixonfire is an attempt to get all the useful english fenix info in one place. although the site is directly aimed at programming for fenix on the gp32, there is alot of useful stuff that you can apply to fenix on any platform. lots of example code snippets, links to many resources, and faq downloads.
-
dcemu- dreamcast homebrew development and emulation news resource and downloads community site.
-
chui's dc projects- the man who ported fenix and sdl to the dreamcast.
-
divsite's english fenix forum- part of divsite.net. another (spanish) resource for help.
-
div tutorials- again, dealing with div games studio, which was a dos-based game creation package that fenix is based on. for an explanation on how to use div tutorials in fenix, click here and here for my original forum posts on dcemu.co.uk.
