Starship Fuseki has been released for the Dreamcast, in both CD and GDEMU formats. Grab the game from the Games page. A video of the gameplay is also available on the game's page.

Matterrun for the Dreamcast has been updated to revision 3. This is a bugfix revision. The Xbox version of the game already runs the rev 3 code, so no update for the Xbox port.

Work on my projects has been sporadic due to real life, but there is some news. I'm going to be releasing a quick 6502 assembly to BennuGD port of the 1977 Atari game Starship 1 for both the Dreamcast and original Xbox in the very near future. This was an interesting experiment, using X's (formerly Twitter) AI assistant Grok 3 to do the code conversion; using the VCS/2600 code for the basic gameplay framework. I changed up the gameplay, graphics, and UI elements somewhat, but the port is still pretty faithful to the original. I utilized some of the scaling algorithms from my F-Project 3D sprite scaling engine in the port, and added/learned a few new elements, with the help from Grok. I need to add sound and clean up a few things, and I'll put it out with full BennuGD source code and project files available for those who are interested. Stay tuned.

Screenshots of "F-Project", a scaling sprite 3D engine experimental project, which is still in the beginning stages. I will turn this into a game, once I reach every milestone I've set. The name itself is inspired by the experimental stage of UGA/Tetsuya Mizuguchi's Dreamcast/PS2 game Rez ("K-Project") and the videos documenting the various stages of that game's design. It's one of my favorite games of all time, and my game Primitive Nightmare has taken some inspiration and a few elements from that game.

New landing page layout launch.

Keep checking back for updated status reports on current projects (posted in the Menu section to the left).
Screenshots will be posted in this section soon.

Added classic coin-op designer interviews that I conducted back in 2000-2001 for my old website and for a magazine that I used to write for.

Looking for a pixel (and more) artist who would like to collaborate on current projects.
Please contact me if interested.
